GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL:
1) Minimum age of driver 21 years.TERMS OF USE:
The rental car should not be used, driven:DELIVERY AND RETURN OF VEHICLE:
A vehicle is rented in good overall and operating condition, with all required documentation, as well as legally required parts and accessories. Any comments on the condition of the vehicle need to be sent immediately when you download and inspect the vehicle with our employee, before being driven by you. The vehicle is at all times an inalienable property of GTRC. The obligation of the renter is to return the rented vehicle to GTRC with all the keys, documents, tires, tools, parts, and accessories in the same condition as when received at the stated place and time. The renter agrees that when the vehicle is not in use, it will be locked and the keys carried by the renter. In case of loss of keys or documents, the renter shall bear the costs and loss of revenue caused by the loss of the vehicle. The overdraft facility for return is two hours from the expiry of the delivery of the vehicles; then, an extra day will be charged.FUEL:
Fuel is not included in the price. The vehicle is delivered and must be returned with a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise specified by the contract. Otherwise, the charge of missing fuel in the tank and fees for refueling will be at the current price list of GTRC.EXTENSION OF LEASE:
When the renter wants to extend the lease, they must notify GTRC one day in advance before the contract expires and pay the full cost of the extended lease at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered that the car was illegally stolen by the renter, and GTRC will report it to the police. From that moment, the renter will bear full material, criminal, and moral responsibility.INSURANCE:
All vehicles are insured against liability for damage caused to third parties, theft protection, and collision damage waiver. For additional information related to insurance, please contact GTRC employees.NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE:
Insurance, in any case, does not cover damage to the tire, hubcap, the harm done to the lower part of the vehicle, transmission, interior, and windshield due to the negligence of the renter-driver, engine damage caused by a lack of oil, filling the car with the wrong fuel, or careless vehicle use, damage caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants, damage caused by an unauthorized renter-driver, any damage to the vehicle that is not reported to the police station and has no police record. If the vehicle is operated by an unauthorized person, i.e., a person who is not specified in the lease agreement, and causes damage, the full amount of damage or the value of the vehicle will be charged. In the event of damage to third parties, the customer will bear all costs GTRC may have on that basis. In the event of an accident, the renter-driver shall record the names and addresses of the parties and witnesses, provide shelter and vehicle before leaving, inform the nearest branch of GTRC about the accident, and submit a written report about the damage, call, and wait for the police authority to conduct an investigation. POLICE REPORT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL TYPES OF INSURANCE! If damage/theft of the vehicle is not registered with the authorities and police, the full amount of repairs or the value of the vehicle will be charged. It is necessary to make a record in cases where the client was not present when the vehicle was damaged (e.g., damage to the parking lot of the NN face).BREAKDOWNS AND MAINTENANCE:
The renter-driver agrees that during the term of the lease, they will take care of the technical condition of the vehicle, and it will be checked regularly for liquid cooling, oil, tire pressure, and that necessary changes will be applied. Costs related to these actions can be recognized with the previous consent of GTRC and the accompanying bills. The renter is responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by improper use of the vehicle and the cost of towing the vehicle, the cost of reduced value, and the loss of revenue by the vehicle during repairs. The renter-driver will also bear the costs that GTRC may have against third parties, which are caused by improper use of the vehicle by the renter. In the case of a vehicle breakdown, the renter must immediately contact GTRC and follow further instructions. GTRC is not responsible for any consequences caused by the failure of the renter to report the vehicle breakdown during the rental period. GTRC is obliged to provide a replacement vehicle within 24 hours. The renter will bear the cost of mechanical failure of the vehicle if all measures to prevent such failures were not taken.CROSSING THE BOUNDARIES:
Without prior approval from GTRC, the use of the vehicle outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not allowed. If the renter leaves the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina without notifying GTRC and, at the same time, there is damage to the vehicle or vehicle theft, the renter will be charged the full amount of damage or the market value of the vehicle.TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND PARKING:
The renter-driver is responsible for traffic violations and parking tickets during and after the rental. The calculation is valid after the final inspection.LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
GTRC is not responsible for missing belongings of the renter or other person in a rented vehicle, replacement vehicle, or premises of GTRC. The renter, by signing this agreement, expressly waives all claims reimbursement for such losses and damages related to them.DOCUMENTS:
All vehicles have all the necessary documents to cross the border, and the renter shall be liable for them in full.PAYMENT:
If you rent as a natural person, rental costs and any additional expenses can be paid in cash or by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa, DINERS, American Express, Discovery, JCB, and DINA cards. Corporate rent paid by a current account. The renter agrees to pay all costs under this contract by the statutory deadline. The price includes:PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The renter acknowledges that the personal data contained in the Lease Agreement are automatically processed by computer. The renter also explicitly accepts that these can be transferred to others, especially for the purpose of verification and the protection of our property and debt relations. By signing, the renter unconditionally accepts GULF TRAVEL RENT A CAR standard conditions and guarantees the accuracy of this information.NOTE:
All employees of GTRC have the right at any time to control the vehicle. GTRC reserves the right to early termination of the rental agreement anytime and anywhere. Employees of GTRC are authorized to seize the car without explanation during and after the expiration of the lease agreement without any kind of compensation to the lessee. This agreement is drawn up in two same copies in two languages, in the Bosnian language and English; each party retains a copy. The Bosnian language version is considered to be the original version.
